On 01/12/2014 my account was deducted with an amount of R1108.65 by Autopage, I then called your company because I did not enter into any contract with Autopage I was told that investigations will be done & I was given this reference number 518077. Then in on 02/01/2015 an amount of R2939.80 was deducted again, I called you again on the 3rd January to enquire about this debit order because I was told that a person who opened this contract stays in Pretoria, Thandazile sent me an incident form which I completed and sent it back together with documents that were requested on the 7th Jan 2015. What confuses me now is that nobody ever called me about an outcome of the investigation, yesterday when I checked my bank account I saw a fee of R115 charged for failed NAEDO-NU DEBT- Autopage. So I don't understand why I am referred to debt collectors for something which I don't know because it seems like NUDebt was trying to deduct from my account but then maybe money on my account was not enough. This has created lot of inconvenience for me & I cannot tolerate it anymore! I'm suffering from this because of your negligence to check the authenticity of documents that were produced to you!
