********** Cellphone contract proccessed

In 2011 I opened a cell phone contract at Parkview Shopping Centre, Moreleta Park. I received a June 2015 statement that says I am still paying for a cell phone contract. Thinking its still for the blackberry, which I am no longer using I call Customer service department to clarify what is this R234.49 I have been paying for. The lady tells me I upgraded my membership in 2013 to a Samsung S3 Mini - Which I have not ever used. She says I opened this account in Woodlands Boulevard. Firstly I have never set food in Autopage Woodlands and in 2013 I had relocated to Johannesburg on work. I have never processed or opened an account. The only people with my details is Parkview Autopage. That's where I signed this contract. I was transferred to the cancellations department to cancel this mess but I waited for almost 20minutes to be in contact with someone to assist. I then called Woodlands to request this contract that has activated these deductions but the phone rang and even got cut. I cannot be paying for an account I know nothing about and to be deducted since back then is so upsetting. I entrusted my personal details with the company. I want this resolved today! I want my money today!
