********** Billing on Account

I detected ********** activity on my account. I requested a suspension on the mobile number in question on 22.08.2015 and the suspension was only logged on 24.08.2015. I am now being held liable for ********** sms's and phone calls made a day after I requested suspension on this mobile number. As a result my account is now being blocked for money in arrears. Working with the consultants at the store and customer care number have yielded NO results! I am with out any communication now, and Autopage has no interest in assisting me!! Utterly disgusted with the service
