I upgraded my contract and received a faulty laptop, as we upgraded in december the company was closed, we set up in Jan. The computer has NEVER worked, they have had it for a month- still charging. Trying to speak to anyone is a nightmare so now its Hello Peter- Linked in- Face book and the rest. Lets see how well you do when all these unhappy people stop using your ******* unservice- you cant complain about the service when there isnt any. They keep charging for equipment they have....*****....and no one will do a thing. Sick and tired of this nonsence and wasting hours of my time on your lack of professionalism.
