***** AND CONFIRMATION

hello Peter , i was sent a letter from Altech Autopage on the 21 May 2014 stating that i owed them. i then called the number given on the letter *** and i explained that i do not have an account with Altech Autopage and i never had , they said i must get an affidavit stating exactly that . i sent it on the 23 May 2014. i then called on the 24 May 2014 to confirm if this was receeved and i was informed the account was closed and handed over to ***** and investigations department . i apply for a bond and am told that Autopage listed me as a slow payer . i called the same number more that 10times i was referred to Poppy Muller on ***/5111 i called her more than i can count and left all my details to this day i have not had a response from this company . all i want is a confirmation letter that this account was closed . as they have confirmed on the calls. thank you
