I had taken out two contracts at the Altech Autopage branch in Westwood mall in June 2015 to my surprise I discovered when I received a statement that 3 other contracts where taken out on my name without my consent or knowledge and I received a bill amounting to R4000. I called the call centre back and forth and was transferred from one person to the next as it appears they have a bunch of fools employed!. I had to take time off from my busy schedule go to the police station and sign a affidavit stating these werent my contracts etc which I did and to date have received no feed back. They suspended my phones without any warning and I lost R20 000 worth of business as my phones are used for business!!! To date this hasnt been resolved. I now have a bill still siting at R5400 with a promise that the manager will call me and to date nothing!!. They have committed ***** on my name and still demand payment for things that I never signed for!<br> Again today a demand sms is being send and they threaten to suspend my phone! I want URGENT FEEDBACK FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR as this is THEFT!!! YOU employ *******!!!!!! I am ready to SUE for the *****. UTTER ********
