I have recently been advised that I have an outstanding cellular contract with Autopage cellular. I have spoken to the call centre on numerous times to resolve this. I have also informed them that I did not sign for a contract like this which was done in 2012 as per their records. I was told to fill in an affidavit and send them a letter disputing this contract so that they could send the information through to their ***** department. I have comp**** with this and sent them all the documents in July 2015 and only up until a week ago I received feedback and this is after me calling them to find out what is happening. They then have the audacity to tell me that this is NOT a ***** case and that I did in fact sign for this contract and that I would need to pay it. Autopage Cellular, I am requesting the signed agreement/contract that shows that I have signed for this (which I did request from the lady i spoke to last week) number or this contract in 2012. You idiots are billing me every month for something that I did not take out with you. I am getting no joy from your company and the contract that I did have with you is now fully paid up and cancelled. Can someone senior pls call me!
