Follow up on my report of 22 May 2015

All that auto page did was to reply back on 22 MAY 2015 that they would like to thank me for bringing my concern to their attention. My request is being attended to and they will contact me to provide feedback. This should be an automatic response. Nothing has happened yet. I actually want to cancel these contracts without paying any settlement amounts. I have received settlement amounts from Nedine to cancel the contracts. From my view and the experiences that I have since January - it is now end of May - I want this to be cancelled and I will hand back the phones. In January the changes that I wanted should have been immediately done, and then I would not have sit with arrears that auto page want me to pay. But their system cannot handle changes anytime of the month. I had to wait and from there the arrears started creating. I am really tired of this.
