Fixing a Charging Block

On 10 April 2015 i phoned Autopage in The Birdge Port ELizabeth and asked them my Charging Block has broken will they be able to fix it, i spk to an Indier Lady and she said YES i can bring it in, i ask her how long will it take she said 2 Weeks. I took it in that same afternoon and once again i ask her how long will it take she again said 2 weeks, i needed to know cause i had to borrow a phone from someone. That Monday 13 April 2015 i received an sms to say the Technitions has recieved my phone. Then on Monday 20 April 2015 i receive the exact same sms. I phoned the Johannesburg branch and spoke to Darren he kept on saying it takes 6 Weeks and i must ask P.E Branch why they **** to me. Within an Hour i received another sms to say my phone have been despatched back to P.E and i can collect in 4 days which is today 24 April 2015. When i phone P.E now Marinda told me they received there stuff but my phone isn't there. Again i Phone Johannesburg spoke to Olwetu he say my Phone is in P.E when i told him no it itsn't he told me he can only find out on Monday (which is a public holiday) where my Phone is. EVERY TIME i have something to do with Autopage i get Bad Service.
