Five months waiting for repair on LG G2

I bought my phone from Altech Autopage in May 2014 which was issued to me with a Warranty on the device valid for one year.The phone started giving me issues in November 2014 at which time i took it in to the store in Vanderbijlpark from which i had bought it. I was given no receipt nor any sort of paperwork to which i could reference my claim. Instead everything was done verbally with the shop owner as i knew as a Adeel. I was then promised my phone 3 weeks later as it had to be sent in to LG for the repairs to be done. I returned mid December to go and check up on the progress on my phone to no avail. From early January till the current date I have been having to return to the store to check up on the status on my phone as I was never contacted or informed on its progress. Upon my latest visit, I have been made aware that the branch in Vanderbijlpark has closed down and was sold to an independent owner. I was not made aware of this and to my surprise i found that my phone was still laying in the repairs section of the store now under new ownership. The phones Warranty is still valid until the 17th of May 2015. In five months my phone was not repaired.
