Final Notice received - Disgusting Service

once again i am back with utter frustration with Altech Autopage. received a final notice yesterday from them saying that i havent settled my accounts. currently all my accounts are paid as i have a standard debit order with them. called the call centre yesterday over an hour on the phone with over 7 agents assisting & obviously no satisfaction or a good ending. the accounts system cannot even pick up payments made by me. the service at Altech Autopage is absolutely poor grade with none of the 7 agents were able to answer or assist me properly.<br> i really dont want to have them as my service provider i am sooo desperate to close my accounts with them right now. i have been with Nashua mobile for 12years never did i ever have a problem with them now i am with the most inefficient bad service provider Altech Autopage. Really need help to sort this out. Please help me someone...
