FAULTY PHONE REPLACEMENT

I lodged a complaint about 4 weeks ago.Autopage responded and told me that the faulty phone that I received will be replaced and Wusani will phone me to confirm when I can come and fetch it.Sadly three weeks has passed no phone ,no phone call NOTHING.When will I get the PHONE? I have been a client since 1998 and have 4 contracts with Autopage. I will cancel my contract as soon as it expires!!!WHERE IS MY PHONE.
