Faulty New Cellphone Still Not Repaired/Replaced

I renewed my contract in February and received an iPhone6 which I found had a faulty speaker. After numerous calls the phone was picked up without accessories so that Autopage can repair or replace. Then I heard nothing from Autopage. When I did contact them, including a visit to their offices I got conflicting reports on whether I needed to return the accessories or not so I can get a replacement device. I have emailed Zaheer and Hema three times detailing my problem without any response, and they are supposed to be managers dealing with customer retention. I even called Zaheer, he promised to call back but still hasn't. I am frustrated and just want to terminate the contract since I'm partly paying for a phone I don't have. And the company is not interested in resolving my problem.
