FALSE INFORMATION AND TAKING FOREVER TO PHONE BACK

Autopage is the worst ever!!! 7 May 2015 a consultant from I-Smart phoned me for a Vodacom contract, she said on the contract i can put a prepaid number instead of taking a new number, she also said i will receive R100 airtime, 1gig data and 50 sms every month for 24 months, i received the phone 11 May and when i phoned 12May for activation Trumen told me that it was already submitted for activation, i spoke to Mati, Unathi, Stiwe, Sipiwe, Stanson and Mia all of them gave me other information, Mia was supposed to phone me back 14 May befor 17:00 i am still waiting for her call. i requested the recording cause she told me i only receive R100 airtime. they can't sell me a contract with extra and afterwards they tell me it is not the right info. i am still waiting for answers and no one is coming back to me with answers, i will not pay for the 50 sms or the 1gig data bundles,and everytime i ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager they are never available or at work, i am starting to understand why people complain so much about Autopage. i need answers and i want that contract that the lady sold me for R268.00 pm including Samsung Galaxy A3+R100 airtime +1gig data and 50 sms!!!
