false information

I had a contract with nashua mobile,when they closed down my contract automatically got transferred to this company. I never had any contract with autopage and never would. I had a contract that provided me with 1gb data every month. I phoned in about 3 months ago to specifically ask if i will still have the same package after i am done the person i spoke to said yes. Then i agreed to continue the contract. Now in february when my contract was done they gave me my normal package only to notice after a few days i was getting billed for out of bundle rates because they took away my remaining data. I was furious as i specifically phoned in to enquire about this. I phoned them to find out whats going on they tell me my data package was a promotion then i told them thats not what the person told me when i phoned in. They said i must email service@autopage which i did i get a response saying the incident is closed due to not providing my details i phone in again and give my details to the consultant and he reopens the incident after a day or so i get another response saying they looking into it but i never got a response until today. They have the worst service ever.
