both my 2 blackberrys had problems with their simreaders and since its autopage contracts, i took the phones to autopage for repairs first the sales consultant told both me and my mother in law that the cost of fixing the simreaders will be R180 each and tht it wil take about one week, when we went after a week the same sales consultant told my mother in law that the phones are still under warranty and that the phones was still not fixed, two weeks later i went to autopage again just to find out from the same sales consultant that there is no warranty and that the price is R350 for each phone and two weeks later the prise went up again to R450 each phone. the sales consultant said that they will first send us a quote before they fix the phones we never received anything. we are verry unhappy and its the worst service we have ever received from any cellphone company. i do hope i will get a respond from the manager of autopage.
