Falling to block a ****** cell phone

My cell phone was ****** some time back. I went into the Altech Autopage Shop in Bayside Mall to have my phone blocked so that I could get a ITC number so that I could submit a clam to my insurance. The store only gave me a reference number and informed me that it will take a day or two to get an ITC number. After a week I went enquire about the progress only to be informed that head office could not detect my number being used in the phone in question and I needed to go to Cell C to have the phone blocked. After spending 30 minutes in the Cell C store in Bayside Mall they informed me that my number was the last one used in the phone in question and they could not assist me as my contract is with Altech Autopage. I have phoned the call centre several times explained the matter and I have been told over and over that I need to call Cell C to have the phone blocked as they cannot detect my number being used in the phone in question. I then spoke to Aldrin a supervisor on Monday 31 Aug 15 re-explained everything to him only to be told that he will follow up on this matter and get back to me by Tuesday 1 Sep 15. Till now I have not received any feedback!!!
