FAILUTRE TO DELIVER UPGRADE
On the 17th of March I was contacted by a representative from Altech Autopage informing me that I was due for an upgrade on my mobile phone. I then provided all my contact details and delivery address and was informed by the delivery of the new phone would take 2 to 7 days. <br> I have been waiting for the phone to be delivered since then, I have contacted Altech repeatedly once a week nd there is always some excuse regarding the delivery, with the courier service often being blamed for the delay in the delivery.
