failure to replace broken goods

Last year, I returned a R49 broken cell charger to the store, as it had exploded when put into my car dashboard. Despite having the receipt and all packaging, the store refused to exchange as some pieces were still deep in my dashboard. I am unable to remove them. I never want to use them again
