Failure to repair or replace iPhone 6
In November 2014 I renewed my contract and received an iPhone 6. In April 2015 the phone stopped working because it would not charge. On May 2, 2015 I took the phone to the sandton branch of Autopage and I was told they would send it to the repair centre and since it was insured and under warranty, it would be repaired or replaced in two weeks. Nine weeks later, I still have no phone. I called Autopage Sandton over and over and was sent from one unhelpful person to the next. I contacted the store manager, Jay Moodley and hw told me that it was up to the repair centre to replace my phone. I told Mr Moodley that my contract is with autopage and not with their repair centre, therefore, it is not up to me to get the repair centre to replace y phone. In the meantime, I have been paying for a very expensive phone that is still not in my possession
