Fail to respond to requests on Myaccount
On 2015-08-09 and on 2015- 09-02 I requested assistance on my account with registering a new credit card. Attempts to do so from my account failed each time.<br> I received no response or assistance and on 2015-09-03 my account was suspended with no prior notice or attempt to assist with my problem.<br> REDICULOUS!!!
