Extremely unprofessional feedback from Autopage

I am currently in South Korea and had an inquiry regarding my cell phone contracts in South Africa. It seems as though it is an effort for Autopage Rustenburg Square to help their clients. Instead of answering my questions decently, their reply to one of my emails was simply \NO". I have never seen such unprofessional ism in my life. I am disgusted and will not renew any of my contracts through Autopage again."""
