Extremely poor service/ No delivery

Hi, <br> <br> As you are aware , you can upgrade with Autopage 2 months before your contract is up. So I go into Autopage Nicolway Bryanston on 03rd Feb 2015. I ask them for my date for upgrade and they tell me 18th March 2015. I then ask do you have the Iphone 6 on MTN in gold? They then say no , not in sock but we can place an order immediately for you to request this colour. I Then say please place this order now as I will be doing my upgrade on the 18th. I was informed this was done. It is now 8 weeks later and this still has not been delivered to me. I have called every week as no-one calls you back to let you know what is going on. They proceed to tell me \We have no ETD for the phone
