Extremely poor service delivery

After 18 calls averaging 30mins, multiple emails sent to various people in the accounts department and even a letter stating my account was paid up.<br> I requested that Altech autopage cancel my conract and delete my details off their systems as I wanted nothing to do with them for the remainder of my life.<br> My account was settled in May of this year and closed (so I thought), I received a statement in October stating that I owe them R1600 and during the month of December was called by the debt collection company (nu-debt) who I kindly asked multiple times to contact me after 4pm which they never did .<br> I received an sms stating that they are running a trace on me at ITC, trace for what???? you have my contact details and I had a simple request to be contacted after 4pm as I am busy during the day.<br> <br> Today I called them and they said they are leaving early (even though their business hours are from 8-5pm) and that no one could contact me at 4pm. Is this how a business was suppose to operate????<br> <br> Pathetic bunch of people!!!!!
