extremely poor customer service

I am still waiting for my phone to be activated since Tuesday. This Marco Adonis person was suppose to help me but just does nothing. Read reports on my emails shows that he just ignores my emails. Company made a mistake on my account and now I have to suffer for it. I am a woman, and I don't think you realise the importance of having a open line when I have to drive alone day and night. Anything can happen then I sit with a phone that I can do nothing with if I am in trouble or need help. All because of your mistake! The response is now going to be all sorry and we will forward your complaint to have it fixed and then nothing happens. Watch this space
