Extremely bad service

I upgraded 3 contracts in December 2014. I was told that it would all be active on 1 jan 2015. I was told I had 2 gig data and 50 min talktime. Received sms of activation, but could not use any of the 3 lines. It was then discovered that sim-swap was not done. Then they cut my 1 line. I called and was told that the \old"contract data still displayed"
