EXTENTION OF CONTRACT AGAINST CUSTOMER'S WILL

I have been a client of Altech Autopage for years. Toward the last months of 2015 I received a call from their Call Centre and a lady informed me that my Contract has reached upgrade stage. I told the lady that I am not interested in upgrading the contract but instead I am intending to terminate it as soon as it expires. The lady further told me that my contract will expire in November 2015.<br> I later realised that my account was debited continually and went to Brits branch to enquire and I was told that my contract was extended on the 4th November 2015. I tried to lodge a complaint but was told that I can only address this issue through e-mail or phone call. I tried to call but was place on hold for ages. I sent several e-mails but was always answered by automated e-mails. My account continues to be debited for a contract that was extended against my will.<br> I am very disappointed in Altech Autopage.<br> LG NTLOEDIBE <br>
