Exorbitant amount on Data contract

Hi<br> <br> Today was just an one of those ordinary days at the office until I received my Altech Autopage Cellular Invoice and itemised bills. Almost had a heart attack when I saw the exorbitant amount which I'm due to be debited this month for my apparent excessive data usage from the 16th of December to 16th of January. I quickly rushed to Autopage in Kenilworth and I must say that the service was shocking in the sense that the consultant showed no remorse and sound knowledge on such queries. <br> <br> My bill is normally R601 every month but this month it went up to R7875.60. I fail to understand how it got to that amount as I am very cautious with my data usage because I have wifi at home and at the office. I noticed that I was billed R88.81 every 5 minutes and as I said above, I fail to understand how it got to that amount. I check the notifications which informs me about my remaining data.<br> <br> Please assist, I'm stressed or even probably depressed right now.<br> <br> Thanks,
