excessively high charges

I got a sms stating that my cellphone account has been suspended because of high data usage, I use this line for business. When I logged onto my account I saw that I was being billed R8318.42 for out of bundle data. I went into the Autopage store in Northgate shopping center where they told me that they cannot help me and that I had to call the accounts department to discuss a payment plan. Surely there is a way to discount such a large amount seeing as data does not cost the service provider R2 per megabyte.
