Excessive data bill
Autopage billed me with excessive data bills for 3 months. No warning sms to indicate data usage. Been trying to get hold of a itemised bill to check usage, without any sucess, as I am very sure that I did not use this data. Only criptic information supp****, stating location United States and Ireland! Never even been overseas. Sitting for nearly hour on line with call centre, only to be disconnected. Store unable to assist. Due to this my upgrade for my cellphone contract are also being declined.
