This was sent to the National Credit Regulator, who have now referred me to The National Consumer Council. Since then they have managed to get the bank (FNB) to increase a advance on my bond to cover work I want to do at home, but they would only do this if the amount of R34 000 owing to Altech Autopage is covered, and have thus increased my bond top up application by this amount - a <br> <br> Dear Reader<br> <br> I attach various correspondence in regard of a contract I have with Altech Autopage. I have since found out that there are a large number of complaints of incorrect billing to do with this provider. They will not explain anything to me, but just state that I am liable for an exorbitant account. I have since last year, in August or September returned the sim card to the Altech Autopage branch where I took out the contract. This action, most improbable, from their side has negatively impacted on my credit rating. Please note that although there are just 86 400 seconds in a day, I have usage spread over one day of over a million seconds - surely this cannot be!<br> <br> I am glad that I heard about your organisation this morning, hence my appeal to you to please try and resolve this impasse.
