END OF CONTRACT - PAY AS YOU GO

I was called by a call center agent and assured I had no option but to pay another month whether I liked it or not due to the time the contract was cancelled. He then further assured me that I would need to use all existing call time and data on the phone as Autopage keeps this for themselves, they took four hundred rand for the last contract I cancelled. They assured me the phone will be off Autopage network by the 25th March 2015.<br> It is now the 26th I have used all call time, but cannot load any data or call time as Autopage will ***** it. I now sit with a new phone with a sim card I cannot use. TAKE ME OFF YOUR NETWORK so I can carry on with my life Autopage. 10 years with you is enough!<br>
