Empty Promises Yet Again.

This continues from starting the upgrade process in June of this year, then in July receiving the upgraded handset only to find out that it was the wrong handset. After complaining on this website the person that originally did the upgrade called to advise that they would collect the incorrect handset by courier on Thursday or Friday that week(30 or 31/07) and would then deliver the correct handset by Tuesday the following week (04/08), well courier only collected the handset on Monday (03/08) and here we are on the 12/08 and nothing has been delivered. I did receive a call from a person asking for details of what has transpired, after repeating the story I was informed that the matter would be resolved and he would call me back that day, well that day was also last week and still no phone call. Every person I have dealt with at this organisation promises the word and never ever calls back, no service, no delivery, do not care attitude is disgusting.
