Dumb agents and cant cancell contracts

Dear whom this will concern ,<br> <br> Reason for query :<br> <br> I am a customer or supposed to be with Altech netstar. I contacted you guys at call centre number ***) numerous times. I have topped up data if your call centre agents actually do update your systems two weeks ago. <br> This contract should end of September 2015. When I did call I was notified this will be active on the 01 Oct 2015 this year. I had also requested that once the phone contract ends , I want to be able to top up as pay as you go.... Guess what not even this was done?????<br> I requested the phone to be REMOVED and NO RENEWAL but changed to top up. <br> <br> Nothing done. So I as the customer I sit here not knowing what the HELL is gona happen!!! I want ANSWERS!!!<br> <br> I want to know how does your systems get updated. Clearly you guys have employed agents who cannot update the system accordingly. There are no records at all. How pathetic.<br> <br> I don't want this contract renewed ,I want contract cancelled and removed OFF CONTRACT. The phone is not owned by ALTECH anymore.<br>
