DOUBLE BILLING / UPGRADE MESS
My contract upgraded in February 2015 (after taken over from NASHUA MOBILE) - I made no changes to my existing (STRAIGHT UP 200) contract. <br> My monthly charges for March under \2GB Smartdata Bundle"was R214.91.<br> My monthly charges for April under PARTIAL CHARGES (March dates) was again R214.91 and normal monthly charges for April also R214.91. <br> I started to query this since 14th April with call centre / account department --- \""the credit is being processed\"" -- check your May statement - NOTHING - June statement - NOTHING. I phoned them today"
