Double Billing AGAIN!!!!!

I have complained about the double billing on my account on HelloPeter, and Autopage (Altech) have credited my account with R268,34 which is what they owed me. AT THE SAME TIME, they double billed my AGAIN for July (which I have ALREADY paid) for R209.00!!! My monthly TopUp payment is only R99 per month!!!!<br> I want to refer to the Consumers Protection Act, No 68 of 2008, which came into effect on 31 March 2011. It is a consumers right to protection against discriminatory marketing practices, disclosure of information, right to fair and honest dealing and ACCOUNTABILITY by suppliers.<br> Please.....can they now fix my account!!!<br> Once this contract is over, I will NEVER make use of this company again!!! Never, never!!!!
