Double billing AGAIN!!!!!!

I complained about Altech's double billing three days ago. They have since credited my account with R268.34, which is what they owed me, but AT THE SAME TIME, AGAIN double billed me for July 2015.for R209,00. I have ALREADY PAID for July!!!!! I want to refer them to the Consumers Protection Act. No 68 of 2008, which states the right of the consumer against discriminatory marketing practices, disclosure of information, RIGHT TO FAIR AND HONEST DEALING AND ACCOUNTABILITY by suppliers. <br> Now AGAIN, I say....please.....I am on your TopUp....I ONLY have to pay R99 pm for your service. For goodness sake, fix up my account!!! Once this contract is over, I will NEVER again make use of your company!!!!!!
