Double billing

good morning,<br> <br> My name is Onke. I have a complaint against atlech autopage. I June I had been getting calls from them telling me that I am due for an upgrade. I told them I would go to a beach that's closer to where I stay. I went to Clearwater branch on Saturday 23 May 2015. A lady who was helping me there explained that if I do an upgrade before the old contract lapses I will be charged for 2 phones. The old phone plus the new phone which I will be taking. I then decided not to do an upgrade and until the 24 months expires. <br> <br> The following week I got a call from Miss Nkosi who works at the Sandton city store telling me that I am due for an upgrade. I told her the story that had happened the previous weekend and that I had decided not to upgrade because I will be paying for 2 devices. miss Nkomo told me the lady who helped me at Clearwater was lying to me and that I will not be charged for 2 devices. I will continue paying what I was paying at that time which was Around R476 until the new contract kicks in. now I'm paying R902 which is for 2 devices. I complained about this. When followed up they couldn't find it on the system which is weird. This is still not resolved in Aug.
