DONT EVER USE ALTECH AUTOPAGE

On a new contract I got an Iphone6 which worked for 2 weeks. Took it in for repair, and before sending off had to switch off FIND MY iPHONE, after 3 weeks I phoned to follow up and they said they cant repair as find my iphone still on. So after telling them it had been switched off they eventually logged it in for repair. then 6 weeks later I receive an sms to say it has been repaired and dispatched. I phoned the branch to ask whether it had arrived and they said yes but the repair hasnt been done because of FIND MY IPHONE NOT being switched off. <br> I am insensed as I have been without my phone for 8 weeks now and they are happy to charge each month@!!!<br> NEVER USE THEM AS THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A PERSON TO PHONE TO COMPLAIN!!!
