DONT EVER EXCPECT A REFUND DUE TO YOU

I have had a contract with Auto Page for many years and I am so dissapointed in their service!<br> Last year I once again upgraded my contract with Autopage and only this year did I discover that they had been charging me for Blackberry service (BIS) - I have not had a blackberry for 22 Months!!! so they had charged me BIS for 22 months amounting in an amount of R1 400.<br> <br> I called the Cresta branch as I find them quiet helpful and they advised they would refund me the R1 400 this was on the 4th May after many follow ups and phone calls I am yet to receive my refund?????<br> <br> Everytime I called they said it was loaded and would be paid...<br> <br> I would appreciate that refund in my account within 24 hours or this matter will be taken further.<br> <br>
