Don't Do Business With Altech Autopage!!!

Just under two years ago I visited the altech web page in search for a laptop, I filled in a form online for one but before I was contacted days later by an altech consultant I had already purchased a laptop from another provider. When altech did contact me I told them I do not need this deal anymore as I already purchased a laptop. End of that month and for months to come I have been receiving invoices for a laptop i did not agree to nor receive. I have contacted altech during this time and explained myself many times to different people but no one did anything about it. I got an affidavit from the police station confirming no merchandise was ever received by me by altech and send this through but nothing happened. This eventually got to debt collectors. I explained to them my story and sent through the affidavit as they requested. They handed this matter back to altech were i thought this had finally been closed. This was months ago and now I'm receiving smss from from the same debt collector which means that altech did not close the query but simply waited and handed it back over like a hot potato. No wonder why altech autopage has one of the highest complaints in its industry!!
