Does Altech Autopage know the CPA?

Firstly, buying a data bundle with Altech Autopage is horrific, the site is bad, the interface is unusable and I have to wait how long just for a basic data bundle.<br> <br> Second, the soft-lock feature never went off as stipulated in my contract and I now have R800 extra on my bill. Autopage needs to take responsibility for their systems failing their customers - I will not be paying this amount and will be stopping the debit order if this is not rectified.<br> <br> I've had absolutely enough of paying for bad service. Will be ensuring that nobody I know ever makes the same mistake and avoid Autopage at all costs.
