Does Altech Autopage Cellular even exist?

This email was addressed to Vivienne Geldenhuys,GM Consumer Segment,but was not delivered,due to being bulk-mail??? 'I truly hope you can help me in my plight & bitter experience with Altech Autopage for some years& right now up to date.<br> My husband& I moved from Gauteng to Bela Bela, Limpopo in October 2011 to retire in the bush.<br> We decided in our wisdom to visit Altech Autopage branch in town,12 kms from our home and took out 3 contracts for 2yrs for various devices & renewed the contracts last year<br> We really haven't had good service from the branch, although at times, they have assisted us with queries, so wonder why we are so loyal!?<br> I've sent numerous emails & made many phone calls to head office over the years regarding various queries &problems, but the response has been pathetic & at times, non-existent.<br> Currently, I'm still waiting for a response from a query I sent online on the Contact Us site regarding charges for data that I couldn't vouch for, on 31 March 2015.<br> I must have at least 6 responses from the noreply email at the IT service desk & then emails stating that the task has been closed, but never ever had a reply? This is just absurd,incredible & unprofessional!!<br>
