Do not know what they do

On the 8th of July I upgraded my cell contract at autopage. With new upgrade I get 500 MByte of data and 200 sms free. After first bill I paid for it. Contact responsible person and he said I do not pay for it will be fixed. But the internet account page said I paid for it, they said no. I got billed for this month and do pay for it this month and the previous month. Seems they can not do a job correct and still not sorted and in mean time I pay for it every month or so they think. I will stop debit order till it is fixed even if it means they switch my cell off. Last upgrade ever at autopage. For future clients, please do not go to autopage
