Do not answer a query
I have send E-Mails as well as go through the 'Contact Us' option on the website but both times they just send me an invoice but do not answer the question. I have 2 exact same contracts on my account. How is it possible that I always paid R329.48 per month and my last payment taken is R401.49. How is it that they ask me R121.05 on the one phone and R184.21 on the other for exactly the same contract and why is it that it always were R121.05 for the previous 23 months?
