DISREPECTFUL

I called the call centre for my statement last year in November and was told it will take a week. Ihave since since been making follow ups and there is no response even today in 2016. I have also settled one of my acounts with them and requested them to send me a confirmation letter. They have not done so, the keep on making promises with out delivery. They are very bad and treated me with disrespect. I am paying for no quality service. They do not have customery inclination. They are VERY BAD.
