Dispute unresolved that lead 2Unfairly Handed Over

I had a contract with Autopage from 2*** having a blackberry bold and I upgraded to samsung S4 on the 5th of November and I was paying my account very well,then when I got my statement in December I saw that I was charged R3000.00 and I called then I disputed tthat amount, then I was charged the same amount end of December and I logged a dispute regarding the matter in February on the 17 stating that I am requesting a detailed URL due to GPRS charges for the cellphone number *** for the Nove 13, Dec 13 and Jan 14 that would show the usage on Internet, date, time etc, I spoke to several agents from Autopage head office In midrand and I was promised to send me an email with what I requested for months and months, I waited for the feedback from Autopage till November when I was called by some lady in the collection dpt and I advised her on my dispute I had, and she told me that they don't have what I requested and I asked why I wasn't told in the first place about this matter, I feel that my dispute was handled unfairly hence it lead to me being handed over unfairly, I'm not happy with the service I got now I'm being black listed still with no resolution to my dispute.
