Dispute reaised 7 months ago - still no resolution

I logged a Breach of Contract dispute with Altech Autopage - I also posted it on Hello Peter on 27 July 2015. To this date this query has still not been closed. I have emailed Marco Adonis, Clinton Neill and Thato Tladi I don't even know how many times in the last 7 months but the all 3 simply ignore my emails. Altech Autopage changed my contract WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY NOTICE (WRITTEN OR VERBAL). I have a set and signed contract in place and I have based my argument on that written agreement that I have in place with Nashua. If you people didn't have the same options as what Nashua did, then you should have made the necessary arrangements with the client BEFORE things blew up, not after. You cannot in any line of business tell a client something, give them that agreement in writing, and then all of a sudden say \oh so sorry, that doesn't apply to you anymore, so pay up!\" I will be lodging a written complaint with the Independent Communications Authority Of South Africa (ICASA) today, as I just cannot see how a company can change a client's contract without applying the Treating Costumers Fairly (TCF) concept, nor following the National Credit Act (NCA) to protect the Consumer."
