Dispute on Accoun

Good Monring<br> <br> Please be advised i am utterly diasppointed in the service with Autopage. I recently logged a dispute on my account. Ref number: 762492- 11/07/2015. To date i have no response . I spoke to consultant by the name of Kgaugalo she advised the accounts /credit department will call me back in 7 working days still have been contacted. Called again 19/07/2015 spoke to Taiso advised the still working on it and someone will call me. Now I notices they go and debit my account. When i signed this contract i did put a limit and advised when it goes over it must cut off. Twice before when the limit was ging over i received an email to say the line will cut off, now how this account go so much above and i received no email.
