Disgusting service from altech autopage headoffice

at the end of January 2015 i took in my S4 Zoom in for repairs at the altech autopage headoffice in Midrand. ref Number AUTO42167. with a problem that seemed to be software related, every hardware component on the phone was working perfectly fine. the phone was then quoted to be repaired, a quote which i refused to pay cause my phone according to my contract is still under warranty, let me add that i signed a contract with Nashua Mobile and was not given a choice to move over to altech autopage. on return the charging port of the phone had been damaged by them, cause my phone components were intact and in full working orderat the time i took the phone in for a software upgrade. so they took it back, now they report that i have heard is that the phone is water damaged, which is utter *******, mind you no one has contacted me to tell me this, i had to call in and find out what is happening with my phone, Altech has had my phone since January and they still havent resolved my issues, i am now paying for a service i am not getting, also they have not given me a loan phone during this period. the service is utter nonsense and i would like to cancel my contract and recieve my phone back
